Variance Hearing for Appeal Number 12907A
5720 Dexter Lane, Manitou Beach, Mi. 49253
The Rollin Township Board of Appeals was called to order by Chairman Arlen Miller at 7 p.m. to hear an appeal for Mary Laskey for property at 5720 Dexter Lane. to construct a new home and garage.
Chairman Miller stated the purpose of the meeting and introduced the board. Board members present: Denice Combs, Jerry Wilson, Walter Miller.
Mike Beaubien, builder, stated the variance was the same as was approved on 11/12/2010. The variance had expired.
Jerry Wilson made a motion to grant the appeal for the house and garage as applied for on 11/12/2010. Denice Combs supported.
Roll call vote: All ayes voted. Variance granted.
Jerry Wilson made a motion to approve the minutes of 3/26/12 (Caruso, 3443 Geneva Hwy. Appeal Number 12629). Denice Combs supported. All ayes voted.
Jerry Wilson made a motion to adjourn. Denice Combs supported. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
